- Items manufactured in batch production runs
- Items temporarily unavailable, with Batch Production Run scheduled (Back Order)
- Items not available, with no Batch Production Run scheduled (Wait List)
For discontinued items / sold out items, no shipping will apply.
SHIPPING OPTIONS:
Local Pickup – collect from TallworX Head Office Randburg
- Once your order is dispatched, a Ready for Collection Date will be communicated to you via a COLLECTION NOTICE to the cellphone number / email address you supplied on your order.
- Kinldy note that collections are offered on business days, by appointment only – please Contact Us via WhatsApp to arrange/confirm your preferred Collection Date & Time.
- You may than collect your order at no charge on the confirmed Collection Date & Time, from our Head Office in Randburg, Gauteng Google Maps
- Should you be unable to make this confirmed Collection Date & Time, we respectfully ask that you Contact Us via WhatsApp to arrange/confirm a new Collection Date & Time.
- You may be asked to complete and sign our Collection Register when collecting your parcel.
Stoor/Door-to-Door Shipping
- We use The Courier Guy or Aramex as our Preferred Service Providers for door-to-door or Stoor-to-door shipping.
- Once your order is dispatched, the Preferred Service Provider will typically ship your parcel in a standard flyer bag within 1-3 business days; allow 2-5 additional business days for outlying/rural outlying areas.
- The Preferred Service Provider will allocate a tracking reference number (Waybill Number) to your parcel; this will be communicated to you via a COURIER NOTICE to the cellphone number / email address you supplied on your order.
- You can track your parcel at https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track or https://storetodoor.aramex.co.za/Home/TrackShipment using your Waybill Number.
- Once your parcel is out for delivery, the Preferred Service Provider will send a PIN to you (if applicable).
- They deliver on business days during business hours. Upon delivery, present your PIN to the driver to ensure a secure delivery. No signature is required, just the PIN. (If applicable).

PostNet-to-PostNet Shipping
- Once dispatched, your order (standard flyer) will be shipped to the PostNet Office indicated on your order within 2-3 business* days (main centres); add an additional 1-4 business days for Regional/outlying/rural areas.
- PostNet will allocate a Waybill Number to your shipment; we will send your Waybill Number to the cellphone number/ email address you supplied om your order.
- You can track your parcel at https://www.postnet.co.za/tracker
- Where possible, PostNet will advise you of collection availability via SMS.
- You may collect your parcel from your designated PostNet office.
- PostNet requires your ID/license and your Waybill Number to complete collection.

GENERAL NOTES:
- TallworX determines the Shipping Options and Preferred Service Provider(s), and we reserve the right to change our Shipping Policy, including our Shipping Options and Preferred Service Provider, without prior notice.
- The Preferred Service Provider will determine your shipping fee at the time of order placement (online check out), based on your stock order category, order size, shipping option selected, and shipping address/area; it will include handling and packing fees, packaging (standard flyer bags) and postage costs, and may vary according to the actual total weight/size of your parcel etc.
- We advise you to group your items in one order; we unfortunately cannot group two distinct orders placed separately; shipping fees will apply to each of them.
- TallworX offer free shipping on orders over R2,000.
- Items are dispatched for shipping according to our Manufacturing Policy
- Please note that orders will only be dispatched and shipped on business days; orders placed over weekends will only be dispatched and shipped on the next business day.
- Business days / hours are weekdays (Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5pm); excluding weekends and Public Holidays.
- If you experience any major delay on the shipping of your parcel, please Contact Us and we will follow up with our Preferred Service Provider on your behalf.
- Whilst special care is taken to protect your purchased items, your parcel will be dispatched at your own risk.
- TallworX takes no reponsibility for the delay of shipping/courier/PostNet service delivery deadlines, theft or damage of parcels. Claims regarding the above must be handled by clients and submitted to the relevant courier company.
